Recognizing that eating disorders are sufferings rooted in deeper domains, as psychiatric literature teaches, the project includes a series of ten free meetings aimed at re-establishing a healthy relationship with food at all stages of life, both in the critical state of certain pathologies and in the psychiatric fragility that results from poor nutrition. We discuss this with Daniela Galdi, the project’s creator, a nutrition expert and president of the Italian Chef Association, and Giuseppe Merra, an internal medicine physician with a PhD in oncobiology and oncology, a professor of Applied Dietetic Sciences and Techniques at the University of Tor Vergata in Rome, and a leading expert on microbiota.
