The course draws inspiration from the Blue Zones—five areas of the world characterized by a high concentration of healthy centenarians—and the Mediterranean Diet, scientifically recognized for its health and longevity benefits. Through an analysis of lifestyle habits in the Blue Zones and an in-depth study of the Mediterranean Diet, we will reconstruct the fundamental principles for promoting optimal health and fostering healthy, conscious, and sustainable longevity.
