Lifeness Style is a new way of living to experience first-hand the benefits and effects of a lifestyle inspired by that of the BlueZones – 5 places in the world characterised by the highest number of healthy centenarians (Loma Linda in California, Ikaria in Greece, Nicoya in Costa Rica, Okinawa in Japan and Ogliastra in Sardinia)
LIFENESS will recreate an environment where you can learn about and consequently put into practice the correct and healthy habits of those considered the longest-lived people in the world.

Seminars on Healthy Eating and Sustainable Cooking
They will guarantee
- increased awareness about the foods we habitually eat
- knowledge and awareness of the importance of the seasonality of vegetables
- important information relating to the use of food marketing which influences our purchases (neuroscience)
- acquisition of the correct food intake patterns
- Attention on the importance of chewing
- attention to the importance of timetables of meals
- attention to the fundamental role of sleep
- the role of food in modern society (philosophical connotations)
- awareness of the close link between food and the environment
- coaching sessions to facilitate the change process
Anti-Inflammatory Healthy Cooking Classes

Food and its cooking techniques influence 80% of our health.
Through cooking classes led by a professional chef:
- The classic preconceptions that convince us that eating healthily equates to tasteless dishes or excessive costs for the purchase of organic products will be dispelled.
- It will be taught how create tasty but healthy dishes
- Cooking techniques suitable for maintaining the organoleptic properties of foods will be acquired
- You will be guided towards a conscious choice of raw materials to be preferred (conscious spending)
- You will acquire important knowledge relating to "circular cooking" to avoid waste and therefore facilitate savings.
- Knowledge about the beneficial effects of foods on health will increase, so that we can intervene on our organism in a totally natural way to prevent or reduce existing pathologies
- Acquisition of the guidelines of the Mediterranean Diet (excellence in the world of nutrition for its proven properties against chronic and degenerative diseases).

Physical Activity Sessions

Movement, along with nutrition, is one of the fundamental pillars of well-being.
The BlueZone philosophy does not encourage strenuous workouts in the gym but proposes light and constant movement that keeps the body elastic and dynamic.
The added value of proper breathing provided by these activities will complement and promote the possibility of alleviating the stress we are subjected to on a daily basis.
Anti-Stress Activity Sessions
Stress negatively affects our psycho-physical state by reducing our ability to concentrate, our energy, our attention, and the quality of both physical and cognitive performance.
It affects our mood and the control of our reactions. It diminishes intellectual abilities, increases anxiety and irritability, and promotes a state of constant tension that can, in the long run, lead to problems with our musculoskeletal system.
